The Lorenzhaus was established in 2007 by Catharina and Rudolf Eschlböck. Initially built as an office and storage facility for their joint business, it served as the company’s hub for many years.

After Rudi’s retirement in 2025 and inspired by Catharina’s passion for hospitality, a new vision took shape: The former office spaces on the first floor were reimagined as two elegant vacation apartments, and the ground floor was redesigned to include versatile spaces, featuring a state-of-the-art indoor golf facility.

The company was rebranded as LH Lorenzhaus GmbH and will welcome discerning guests from summer 2025, offering a stay for those who appreciate thoughtful comfort.

Host Catharina – known as “Nina” to friends – and Rudi live on the second floor of the house. They look forward to welcoming their guests and hope they’ll feel just as at home at the Lorenzhaus as they do.
